General

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission or sale at any time for any reason.
• I will only work with adults age 18 and up.
• I reserve the right to share photos of completed fursuits made by me on my website and social media.
• You may share my photos of your fursuit made by me on your social media.

Turnaround Time

• Turnaround time will be discussed with each client. Fursuits are unique, and something with a lot of details may take longer!
• I cannot guarantee deadlines, however, I will do my best to meet them.

Repairs

• If you notice any problems upon receiving your fursuit, I am happy to repair it for you at no cost to you within a month of the fursuit's arrival.
• Repairs, edits, and refurbishments are done on a case-by-case basis.
• I may refuse a repair if I feel you have intentionally damaged your fursuit.

Allergy Warning

• I operate out of a home with a dog. The dog is kept out of the work room, and all fursuit products are vacuumed before being sent out.
